I work with a lot of First Time and Move Up buyers. When I first started in real estate, I specialized in Foreclosures, Short Sales and REO.
I had my license for a while prior to starting real estate in 2006. At the time, it was a really interesting market. During that time, many of friends and family lost homes and thousand in investments, it was the time of the foreclosure market. I was at a lost that this was happening and I wanted to help out anybody I could deal with the foreclosure process. I started doing short sale transactions and wanted to help. I started learning on how to negotiate with the lien holders and started finding ways to put my friends and clients through programs that the lien holders & banks had in order helped with move out expenses and to help out with an exit strategy when they were losing their homes. Once I figured it out, my specialty was to help clients gracefully exit out of the foreclosure situation with dignity. I was also able to get them to benefit with programs the banks were willing to assist the clients with a dignified exit. After a few years and when the foreclosure market was over, I started helping the clients buy homes the right way and started getting them into homes again. My goal is to help clients buy homes the right way so they can raise a family and build wealth.
