ZillowVERIFIED Well first and foremost I want to start off by saying that they helped my family and I reach our goal this year. From the get go, Patrick and his team were caring and extremely informative. I must say that I understand this is their job and business is business, but believe when I say that they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and truly make you feel like part of the Kings family. I had the pleasure of working side by side with Pat, Stefani, Debra, Yolanda and Roy. Every member of the team made me feel secure, welcomed and ensured I was informed from the get go. Stefani assisted with the orientation, Yolanda helped us look and shop around and Debra assisted with the paperwork and closing. Patrick was also there from day 1 working hard to ensure we had what we needed and we knew what was going on. Lastly, Roy made sure to capture the last and final moment of this process. Other members were part of our home process but we owe much of the success to our new home to Patrick and his team. If you are ever in the market make sure to give Realty Kings Properties a call.

ZillowVERIFIED King Realters is the best, We moved three hours away and King Reality helped us get our house sold quickly and kept us in the loop thru the whole process. For the open house they helped us find the right folks to paint and clean the place so it was ready to go. All the actions they took really made the selling process smooth with no headaches. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy. They know the market and what works it was such a relief to have them support us..

ZillowVERIFIED As a single, female, first time home-buyer, to say Patrick and his team were more than I could have asked or hoped for, is an understatement. Even before I was an official client, they took me under their wing and walked me through the entire journey...even now that the "deal is done" they are still following up and making sure to answer any questions that have risen since I moved in. I know I have a support for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick King and his team are very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and polite. They know vast amounts of information about properties around the Houston area while also giving honest feedback. I was blessed to be able to have worked with such a great team as I searched for my first home. They were able to help me identify the top schools in the area which was one of my main concerns! I must say working with their team, I felt content knowing that everything would be done efficiently and they communicated consistently around the clock even if it was late at night and ensured all of my questions were answered. I must say that working with them was truly a pleasure and I look forward to working with them on future purchases and investments.

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a great experience with Pat and his team! Everyone was so friendly and helpful through the entire process. Not only that, but Pat actually took the time to educate us on the home buying process so that we knew exactly what we were getting into. We learned so much I feel like we could do it all again tomorrow, although that won't be happening because we're in love with our new home. I would highly recommend Pat and his team especially if you haven't bought a home before, we were really nervous at first and weren't sure what to expect, but we were walked through everything so thoroughly that it didn't seem like a big scary thing after all.

ZillowVERIFIED We started working with the Patrick King Team back in 2011. We met Mr. King when he taught our homebuyer's class. He was so helpful. We soon had to relocate to Seattle, where we lived for 3 years. When we moved back we immediately worked with the Kings. He prepared us for the reality of the Houston market but fortunately, we were able to move quickly on a property. He helped us with a really great offer and within three months, we were closed and in our home. I'd recommend this team for your home buying needs. You may not get to work directly with Patrick as we did, but you can expect no less from any team member. His stamp of approval is on everything they do.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Patrick and his team on three occasions to date and will continue to work with him on all future needs. I did have some experience in the home buying/selling process but was by no means an expert. After working with Patrick and his team I truly believe I am an expert due to all the knowledge and confidence he provided me in our time together. Extremely great for first time home buyers because he will walk every process through with you and make sure you completely understand all the things that will come up in the home buying process. Even if you are not a first time home buyer and feel confident with your knowledge I will still recommend Patrick and his team because of the dedication and skills in the process. Buying and selling a home will be the most important experiences in your life, having Patrick and his team will make these the best experiences in your life as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I just moved from Michigan to Texas and didn't know the area and didn't have a lot of time to look for homes. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't familiar with the area. Patrick and his team mad the experience of purchase a new home the best out of the three homes purchases I have made. They are very professional, responsive, informative and a lot of fun from the beging to the end of the process. And after the home purchase they continue to be there for you. If you are looking to buy a home I'd highly recommend you consider using Patrick King and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first contacted Patrick King, my wife and I already knew what house we wanted. We saw it over the weekend and wanted to get a bid in first thing on Monday morning. We contacted Patrick on Sunday night, and he in turn called in a late night favor from a lender to get the bid put together in time to have it in first thing in the morning. The seller accepted our bid before noon, before any other offers had come to them, all thanks to the burning the midnight oil efforts of Patrick King and his team. Whenever hurdles or questions came up throughout the process of buying the house, he and his team were there with quick and thorough answers and solutions. Patrick continually surprised us all with his almost guru-like understanding of the home buying and selling process, even impressing the title company with his in depth understanding and simple explanation of the entire closing process and paperwork.Even now, after the purchase and move in, Patrick King and his team continue to help us with questions and concerns as they arise, and going out of their way to help us with settling in to our new home.I would, without question, recommend Patrick and his team at Realty Kings to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED My property was a short sale listing. Patrick and his agents worked for over 2 years fielding offers and submitting them to the mortgage bank for approval. I was kept informed as to the status of each offer presented for approval. If the offer was lower that what the bank would accept, Mr. King would contact the buyer and, more often than not, was able to negotiate a higher offer to get the bank approval. Mr. King was present at the final closing on the sale of the property and explained the process to me. I would recommend Mr. King and his agents to any one in the market to either purchasr or sell a property.
