Patrick Huston has lived in Southwest FL for 33 years. After purchasing his first home, his interest in real estate took root and Patrick began his real estate career in 2011. He started with a large regional builder selling brand new homes. In 2012, he was awarded top sales person in the region for his exceptional customer service. In 2015, Patrick partnered with The James Sommers team at Remax Trend. This move was to develop a more intimate knowledge of the SWFL community as well as assisting buyers and sellers in the general real estate market.
