About Patrick Huston

Patrick Huston has lived in Southwest FL for 33 years. After purchasing his first home, his interest in real estate took root and Patrick began his real estate career in 2011. He started with a large regional builder selling brand new homes. In 2012, he was awarded top sales person in the region for his exceptional customer service. In 2015, Patrick partnered with The James Sommers team at Remax Trend. This move was to develop a more intimate knowledge of the SWFL community as well as assisting buyers and sellers in the general real estate market. Patrick Huston is a full service real estate agent taking care of you every step of the way. You pick the home, he does all the work. Patrick and his family love spending time around the pool cooking out. Because of the Florida weather, he and his wife Megan enjoy running with their dog Champ. Patrick has two sons, Landen and Liam, who also love the water and traveling with mom and dad. With the great local food scene and their busy lifestyles, the whole family loves to dine out.
