We originally put an offer in on a condo building that provided very little information as far as meeting minutes etc. Patrick pushed and ensured that we got the information necessary to make an informed decision. Had we just stopped at a positive inspection, and not dug deeper into the full history and plans for the building we would have gotten our self into an absolute mess! His expertise, guidance, and ability to describe things in terms which we understood allowed us to rely on him fully and make the decision that was right for us.
