ZillowVERIFIED From the start, we knew Pat was going to be an excellent fit for us, and would go above and beyond in every way. If you only read this brief summary, Pat was very responsive to text, call, email. He was understanding as we worked through the process of refining our criteria (what we thought we wanted was slightly different from where we landed as we learned more). He made two miracles happen in the offer and closing process. He has many recommendations for service providers. He is easy to work with. We can't recommend Pat enough. But for the story: We were moving out of the midwest and buying remotely in SWFL, so we started with a call to talk through what we were looking for. We told Pat that we wouldn't make any decisions until we came to tour neighborhoods, but that didn't stop him. He was manually reviewing and sending listings to us, not just putting us on an email list and waiting to hear from us. We went back and forth on a few dozen properties during the several weeks leading up to our trip to SWFL. Given our trip was after the holidays, there weren't really any houses on the market that were a good fit, but Pat spent 2 days showing us around different neighborhoods as we discussed the tradeoffs for us. Once we honed in on where we were looking, we felt comfortable to have Pat do virtual showings via live FaceTime, by recording videos, and sending photos. After losing out to all cash buyers, Pat managed to find us a house before it hit the market, negotiated a tour pre-listing, and then also convinced the sellers to accept our offer without listing it (first miracle). Initially the sellers were unsure, but accepted under the condition they could stay in the house a month past closing. We were eager to make the move to FL and didn't want to wait 2 months. So during 'busy season' in Florida, Pat went far above the call of duty and managed to find us a property to rent until the agreed upon move-in date (second miracle). As I said at the beginning, I can't recommend Pat enough. He's been in the Fort Myers area his whole life and is a successful realtor, so he knows the ins and outs of every neighborhood and understands what buyers are looking for in a home.
