Hello Wisconsin! My name is Patrick Collins and I am very excited to be a part of the talented sales team at Rock Realty. I am a lifelong Cheesehead, born in Janesville, educated at Ripon College, and now living in the Madison area for the past 32 years. Having been in the Sales and Client Services industry for several companies in southern Wisconsin, I am now looking forward to taking my experiences to Rock Realty and working with the outstanding sales team using the latest resources to provide you with the tools which will land you in the home of your dreams. Patrick was such a huge help to us as first time home buyers! There was so much we didn't know and didn't understand at the beginning, but Patrick was always helpful to clarify and answer our questions (even if we asked it before and forgot!) He was so responsive whenever we needed to set up a walk through and put in an offer or counter. We felt like a top priority which was so re-assuring given how fast the market is right now. We felt like he would go to bat for us at any point of the process. He knew the area so well and what it took to make our offer look the most attractive. Highly Recommend!

Patrick was impressive in the way he facilitated the sale of our home in a timely and professional manner despite there being a pandemic at the time. He made a video virtual "showing" which showcased its assets so interested parties could see what we loved about our home.
