ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Pattie was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond making the sale of our father's home stress-free. Throughout the process she was extremely communicative, answering calls and texts promptly. She provided support beyond the transaction, connecting us with a real estate lawyer and clean out service. We highly recommend Pattie Romano.

ZillowVERIFIED Along with my elderly parents, I had to assist with the process of putting their home up for sale in Manahawkin, NJ. First things first we needed a realtor and Patty Romano was highly recommended to us. I called her and set up an appointment with her to see the home and meet my parents. We trusted her immediately, knowing that she would be the one to handle the selling of the home. The entire process that she explained to us was put into the works immediately, and what a smooth process it was. Since I acted as the mediator for my parents, Patty not only kept my dad in the loop of photography and inspection appointments, different showings and offers; she kept me in the loop as well. I just had to take the time to write this review because it was such a pleasure working with Patty. More than her professionalism, her compassion simplified the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED As we were unfamiliar with selling a home, we knew that we needed a realtor who had the expertise, experience and the passion to sell our home in a timely manner for the best price possible. Patty Romano was highly recommended by several neighbors. Over the next several weeks, in preparing to sell our home I came to appreciate the many details that are necessary for a successful closing. To ensure that our property was "up to code" and that we passed the home inspection, Pattie worked tirelessly to obtain the appropriate documents from the township, and recommended a skilled and experienced tradesman to finish a few small jobs. The listing for our home highlighted its amenities with professional photographs, and also drone footage for a better understanding of its location. She even had our home power washed to enhance its curb appeal. No detail was too small nor overlooked. Pattie also put us in touch with an excellent local real estate lawyer whose staff gave us clear direction and kept us well informed. With their attention to detail the closing proceeded as scheduled and without any undue concerns. Looking back, we are most appreciative to Pattie Romano for her resourcefulness, her practical approach to selling or home and all the knowledge she shared with us along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti Romano is a great realtor. She knows the business very well. She is honest , truthful and gets the job done. The day my house hit the market it was sold. She knows how to word the listing perfectly. As well as the pictures are professional. From prior experience I had a bad taste in my mouth for realtors and didnt think there were any good honest and knowledgeable ones out there until I met Patti Romano. I am very grateful that I was able to use her as my realtor. She only brings serious buyers to the table. My first offer was $10,000 above asking price. She has your best interest at hand. So if you want the job done hire Patti Romano and you wont be sorry!

ZillowVERIFIED I honestly contacted Patti because of the silly billboard signs with the mustache and cat ears. I recognized her picture when I googled local realtors. We met right after I called her and she was lovely. She was very knowledgeable about the listings in the area, what was available and what had sold, what hadn't and why. We sold our home in Mirage quickly at full list price. She was very nice to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia is a great realtor I've used her twice. In 2014 she not only listed my home she was the selling agent also. Then in 2019 she listed my home and the way Pattie networks I not only had 1 offer I had 2 also she represented us in a bidding war. We ended up selling the home over list in a cash offer. If you are buying or selling a home you want someone like Pattie negotiating for you. Like I said I've used her expertise on two homes and my husband and I have been over joyed with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Over the past 18-years, as my career has taken me from state-to-state, I have bought and sold 5 homes. As a result I have dealt with 10 realtors, of which, only three really new their busy and Pattie Romano was the best of all. Her presentation on how pricing, staging and how best to get our home sold, convinced us to hire Pattie, out of the four realtors we interviewed. She was very professional, explaining all procedures and how best to go forward. What, when and how she proceeded to list, promote, and get our home sold, was always done with our best interest in mind. She recommended contractors to do various work, that was professionally and excellently performed at very reasonably fees and in expedited time. We were concerned about trying to sell our home over the winter holidays, however from listing date to closing date, our home sold in 50 days, and during that time Pattie was very friendly and polite, and constantly in communication with us. Her work ethic and concern for us made my wife and I feel confident and happy. We would highly recommend Pattie to anyone searching for a hard working and conscientious realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Within 2 minutes of meeting Pattie my instinct was to entrust her with the listing of my home. She is energetic, knowledgeable, aggressive, honest, passionate, strong and a fireball. As I stood in my kitchen watching her assess my home, I felt slightly overwhelmed then Pattie turned around and said aEURoe I will have this house sold for you within 30 days aEURoe... AND SHE DID!!!! In exactly 20 days I received a text aEURoe I think we have a contract aEURoe... I was stunned... and Pattie took over and said aEURoe dont worry I will handle everything aEURoe and she did so effortlessly. In addition, while I felt I emotionally was prepared to sell my home, I became overwhelmed and with her experience, she read me. Pattie called, texted, comforted me in any way possible of which I am forever grateful for. Selling your home of 20 years, or any circumstance, becomes extremely emotional and without question, Patricia Romano is whom I would entrust that challenge to, 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our property in tough mkt after Sandy...prop prices went flat. Had tenants in, and Pattie found a way to gain complete cooperation from them with showings (never easy). We exclusively listed for 9 mo in 2016. Agreed with her suggestions to reduce. Took prop off mkt to April, 2017 @ same price proven out by Patties comps. Bingo! Priced right found two buyers within 1 week of other in May! We got our price from both, ($2k) off full list. Quick cash deal, closed in slightly over 5 weeks in mid June. Pattie did have professional pictures taken on 2nd go around..made all the difference in marketing because mkt finally picked up! Easy to deal with, knows the mkt very well, always responded with requests of current sales, competing homes. Was well informed in order to accept fair price satisfactory to all. Would def recommend Pattie Romano for straight-forward, non inflated prices (in order to get listing.)You can depend on her honesty, and definitely recommend listening to her advice on the correct listing price so no one wastes time. We were definitely pleased with her service, dedication, patience, and knowledge of the market. We all cooperated with her advice, and finally sold at fair price once shore mkt came back. Dedicated honest agent! Second prop our family listed with her, both sold! Would highly recommend Pattie!
