Sometime when you need an angel, she appears! Life throws changes at you sometimes, right? I was settled into my aEURoeforeveraEUR? perfect tiny home when the necessity of providing a home for my little grandson and daughter appeared. There was no way my daughter could have saved for house and paid rent while working full time & raising her young child. Finding just the right house with plenty of room for all of us, and first floor living for me was a tall task. Patricia was amazing! I cant say enough about her knowledge, professionalism, and humanity. She was ALWAYS available, and I mean always, to talk, calm my nerves, answer questions no matter how small, be aEURoerealaEUR? about a place (good fit or not so much, and why). In the end, we got a dream home with all that we could have asked for and more. Plus, Patricia got an unbelivable $111K over asking price for my small home.
