We saw one that we liked on Zillow and used Zillow's "connect to a realtor" feature to book a showing. Patricia called us almost immediately and gave us the complete rundown of the home. She had already pulled all of the docs and had all of the details ready to discuss with us. She warned us that the house would probably need a lot of repairs, but might be worth looking at just to get some experience checking out houses. From this first discussion, it was so clear that Patricia would be helping us find a home that we loved and would actually work for us, not just sell us on the first one we were interested in. We hadn't planned on keeping the random agent that Zillow had assigned to us, but we totally lucked out getting Patricia! Fast forward two years, we had been getting alerts that Patricia had set up for us and getting check ins from her every once in a while. We had still been casually looking, going to a few open houses here and there, but not finding anything perfect for us. We had even resigned ourselves to not getting a house until 2024 since inventory had been so low. One day, a beautiful home popped up on Zillow that looked like it met all of our must haves, and even some good to haves too. We reached out to Patricia, and even after not really actively working with her for a while, she responded within minutes with ALL of the information we would need on the house, distilled in a way we'd understand. We coordinated for us to check it out at the open house and then book another private showing if we liked it. We loved the house immediately and knew we wanted to put in an offer. Patricia walked us through the whole process, offered options we didn't know existed, and gave us advice on what she thought might help us win the house but also protect us as first time homebuyers. In the end, our offer was not the best one on the table, but Patricia spent a lot of time talking to the selling agent and convinced her we were the right buyers. And she got us the house! Even after the offer was accepted, Patricia was with us the whole way. She answered all of our questions, helped us find financing, an inspector, and a real estate lawyer, and everyone she suggested we work with was just as great. She really has a great team lined up. I couldn't ever imagine a home buying process going this smoothly. Truly, Patricia took what is usually a very stressful time for people (especially first time homebuyers) and made it EASY and EXCITING. We're so happy with how everything went, we have no regrets, and we'll definitely reach out to Patricia in the future with any referrals! (We love our home so much we can't imagine ever selling it, but if we have to, we'll make sure to work with Patricia too.)
