ZillowVERIFIED She is easily the best real estate professional I have worked with. Patricia had been VERY patient and helpful getting my husband and I through many unexpected situations that we had encountered while securing a rent. We encountered difficult and frustrating situations dealing with paperwork and bureaucracy, and Patricia was the one who navigated us through this myriad of roadblocks. She is a great communicator and is very resourceful. Also extremely professional even in challenging situations. Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Patrica was a superb experience. Her excellent listening and communication skills helped to quickly resolve and answer any questions that came up both pre and post contract. She was attentive to details and her thorough follow through saved time and helped us close on our house very quickly. Even though she represented both the seller and the purchaser (us) she built trust and we felt she was giving us great advice and working totally on our behalf. We are very excited about our new home and Patricia was such a help throughout the process. We would happily recommend Patricia, she was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Attention to detail, timely follow through, great communicator, easy to work with are phrases I would use to describe Patricia. She sold my property while working within my strict showing rules. She made herself available whenever needed to make sure everything was handled properly. She does not pass the buck to an assistant but rather takes ownership of the process and follows through on all deliverables herself. An absolute pleasure to work with, I give her my strongest endorsement.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia just helped us rent a house on the other side of the country. We'd never even been to the neighborhood and were in serious need of more than just links to potential homes. Patricia was great at supplying us with real, valuable information about the neighborhoods and homes, and when we found places we liked, she made video walkthroughs herself. She turned what could have been a very stressful and inconvenient experience into a relatively painless one. She was super responsive, friendly, and professional. We'd highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I feel very lucky to meet her because I am sure I would be still just dreaming about having my property if I wasn't with her. As a first time buyer, I didn't know where to start. She had guided me without hesitation so that I could finally find my dream place. I had contacted some agents before her but no one took me seriously and many of them didn't even respond me. She is an extraordinary agent who is capable of working tirelessly for you. Her preciseness and dedication keep you going till reaching your goal. I bet there is no other agents like her. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Upon locating the apartment of my dreams, I reached out to the realtor, and was immediately contacted by Ms. Moccia. Upon meeting her in person, however, my impression of this professional quite exceeded my expectations. Welcoming me with a kind, courteous smile, she introduced herself as Pattie, and soon thereafter, proved herself to be the ideal agent. She demonstrated thorough knowledge of the area and, more importantly, a deep understanding of my needs. Her tireless work ethics and unprecedented availability allowed the purchasing process to proceed smoothly and efficiently. Her benevolent, friendly disposition and amazing social skills impressed all parties involved, and left an everlasting impression upon me, my spouse, and my family members alike. Additionally, Pattie went above the duties of her profession, acting as a concerned family member when I expressed doubt and/or was in need of expert advice. She aptly acted as a skilled mediator with the seller's agent and the managing company of the building itself. As a first-time home-buyer and after an extensive search and numerous visits with other professionals, I can honestly say that I whole-heartedly recommend Ms. Patricia Moccia as the best yet to any prospective buyer who is looking for courtesy, professionalism, respect, and availability. Sincerely,Maria L.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Patricia Moccia as a broker on a rental property in Scarsdale and could not be happier with our decision. Patricia is professional, courteous, friendly, listens to the needs of her clients, and willing to spend whatever time is necessary to get the job done properly. We could not have found and negotiated for a home that we love without her assistance, from initial location targeting through to document signing. She was with us every step of the way and gets our highest level of recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia Moccia was my realtor in the seling of my Mom's house in Yonkers, NY. Knowing nothing about how to prepare a house to be sold, Ms. Moccia guided me every step of the way. If I called, she would always be there or call me back immediately. Emails were answered immediately. Ms. Moccia is a wonderful representative of the career she has chosen. She is very dedicated to her work and to her clients. I attribute Patricia's excellence to her motivation, experience, education and her devotion to her clients and she loves what she does.

ZillowVERIFIED There are very few real estate agents out there who have Patricia Moccia's work ethics. I purchased a cooperative apartment in November, 2010, and Patricia treated me as if I were purchasing the Taj Mahal! She was knowledgable, always punctual, always professional, and ALWAYS AVAILABLE (day and night) to speak to me when I had a question for her. Patricia was tuned into my needs and she made a tireless effort to find what I was looking for. When I was ready to give up -- she wasn't -- she was tenacious in her quest to find the perfect home for me! It was EXACTLY what I told her I wanted. I was very pleased with my experience of working with Patricia, from our first phone call to the closing -- and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patricia Mocchia and her valuable real estate expertise and professionalism (not to mention her wonderful personality and people skills) for your real estate needs. Forget about a five star rating -- if I could, I would give her a 10 star rating!
