ZillowVERIFIEDHardest working realtor I've ever dealt with! She sold a hard to sell property that no one else could sell (300+acres), and helped us find our home to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Showed us many homes and was very concerned about finding us the right fit based on the products available. Not always an easy thing to do with limited inventory and no ability to change the product.Would definitely use and recommend Pat again!

ZillowVERIFIED Pat is the best realtor I have ever used. She is knowledgable about the area we were looking at, was able to direct us toward professionals for the services we needed and spent a lot of time showing us the nearby towns and resources that are available in each. She also understood exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time showing us houses that were obviously inappropriate. She didn't push us into buying.Pat is always responsive to the buyer's individual needs. She responds immediately to phone calls and was always on time for appointments.I highly recommend her. She is still in touch with us and still helping us with anything we might need.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking to buy a home in the area for quite some time. We were working with another popular agent but had to part because our needs were not being addressed and frustrations were growing. After feeling defeated and discouraged with the entire home buying process, we met Pat. Upon our first meeting she was very professional and attentive to our needs. We scheduled to look at a home we were interested in and on that same day we had an offer placed. Within two days we had an offer that was then accepted! We could not believe she made things happen so quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. Even after the closing took place, Pat offered to help us with any questions we had about the area. She is an amazing agent and comes highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Not your average broker! We were Manhattanites looking to buy our first home in the beautiful Hudson valley and had the brilliant luck of finding Pattie. Pat took us under her wing with the patience of a school teacher and care of a dear friend. We had a tough run with a handful of property bids and accepted offers. Without skipping a beat Pat stayed at our side and continued to support us in our pursuit for a place to call home. We never felt a "hard sell" or any push. Pat was knowledgeable, attentive and communicative. Brilliant agent, lovely person!

ZillowVERIFIED Patty was absolutely outstanding throughout the process of buying our new home. Her expertise was apparent from our first meeting with her. She showed us homes that were within our price range that we could afford and gave her opinion on what she thought which really helped us. When we found "the house", there was already an offer out on it. We followed her advice and our first bid against the other buyer was accepted within thirty minutes. She is always available and always kept us up to date as to the process of what was going on with the closing. She made sure things ran smoothly and always made my wife and I fee like we were at the top of her priority list. She is readily available via phone, or email and always kept our best interest at heart. She helped to educate us in the whole process since we were first time home buyers. She always had an answer for our questions and was very patient with us throughout the whole process. Her efforts helped to make the closing and everything that lead up to it very seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend Patty Meyers to anyone that I know in the area. She is hands down one of the best realtors in the area and I would elicit her services again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty Meyers is a caring and dedicated real estate professional who gets the job done. She goes above and beyond to help her clients - and takes a persona, vested interest in selling your home. I can honestly say that our home would not have sold without her persistence and diligence - and treating our home as if it were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone - you won't be disappointed.
