ZillowVERIFIEDIm from New York and was looking for a condo or villa in Deerfield Beach, Florida or in a five mile radius, which is close to where my daughter lives. I found afew I wanted to see on line and the advertisement showed afew agents that would work with me and all were from different agencies. Well, not knowing any agencies in the area, I just picked one and I hit Lotto! I happened to choose the sweetest , friendliest, lovely and caring person anyone would want to help them. I truly lucked out with Patti. I was so nervous being an out-of-state buyer. She lead me through all the logistics, rules and regulations, paper work, forms, closing, etc., since living in the South is so much different than the North, as far as what needed to be done and how. Patti took me under her wing and was even very helpful with recommending people that she uses, for jobs that I needed to be done, since I knew no one. Im so grateful and happy to be a Snowbird in Florida thanks to the fabulous help from Patricia Mann. Shes the one to call when looking for Real Estate...youll be very happy you did.
