ZillowVERIFIEDI HIGHLY recommend the Pat Lowe Group when it comes to selling (or buying)! Pat helped us navigate the learning process of selling my parent's home, and her insight, advice and overall knowledge of that process resulted in an excellent offer after 3 day's on the market. THANK YOU, Pat & Team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Pat Lowe and her team was very positive. She helped us navigate the sale of our mom's house with ease and made her feel very comfortable during the process. She always made herself available when we had any questions. She sold the house quickly and multiple offers over-asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Pat was very good. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, and she was knowledgeable about the market. Her team was super helpful as well in terms of the open house and knowing what permits, etc. were needed. She and her team were very friendly and easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated that, when I couldn't physically be there for things, Pat was there. She took care of things I couldn't on the final walk through, and it gave me peace of mind. My only feedback would be that at times I felt she was more loyal to the transaction itself than to me. I understand that, because if the deal falls apart, it's not good for anyone. However, I didn't always feel that she was advocating for me when she felt like what I wanted wasn't in the best interests of the deal. Real estate, especially a home, is personal. I'm grateful that the deal went through, though, and I don't discount her contributions to a successful outcome. If you are lucky enough to work with Pat, you'll be getting someone who helps you reach the intended goal.

ZillowVERIFIED Pat and her team have continuously gone above and beyond to ensure the sale of our family home. Her team remained in touch with all necessary family members throughout all aspects of the sale keeping us abreast of each stage. Despite our very complex circumstances, my parent's house was sold and completed swiftly and quickly and we were fully supported throughout. From the first time we discussed the sale back in February to now (June) Pat and her team have been exceptionally helpful and continued to go the extra mile to ensure the process for my dad was easy, understandable and relatively painless. We can't thank Pat enough for her expertise, professionalism, contacts to help clear and clean prior to sale and understanding of the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Pat, Stacy, Kevin and the entire team are all consummate professionals in the real estate business. They sold our home, and helped us find our new home, handling both transactions and going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED Pat and her team did a great job for us. One great example was that she took the initiative to meet with town zoning officials to get first-hand feedback to address a flood zone/way issue for which we needed clarification. I had to manage the sale remotely as an estate executor. Her responsiveness really helped make sure things went smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting until the last detail was completed, Pat was there for us. She explained that the first step was a "coming soon" listing, followed by the full listing. Then came the open house. We had many offers within one week. Anytime I texted or called with questions, Pat was always available. Pat knows the estate business well and thanks to her, our house sold quickly. I recommend Pat Lowe to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Pat and her team are the absolute best! Pats expertise and knowledge comes from her 30+ years in Real Estate, she sold our first home in 1991 and just recently our 2nd home. I might add that it sold within 2 days of being on the market. Pats guidance when it came to staging our home and bringing it to market was spot on. Pat and her team provided the utmost attention to all the details and kept in contact with us every step of the way. Whenever we called with a question or concern, there was an immediate response. Beyond that, Pat is always enthusiastic, upbeat and a calming influence during the stressful process. Kudos to Pat and her team for such a quick and smooth sale and making it so easy for us. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Back in 1992 Pat was the realtor who found and sold us our familys very first house in Hawthorne. We enjoyed our home for many years. With our daughter grown and having a family of her own, we figured it was finally time to sell and let a new family make memories. When it came time to put the house on the market we thought, who better to sell her home then the realtor who sold it to us? Pat managed to sell her home in one weekend! Pat and her team worked diligently to ensure our safety and the safety of others by abiding by Covid guidelines during our open house and scheduled viewings. Pat is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy agent who we would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Pat is the consummate professional and has been in the Wayne market for many years; her experience is evident. She has the resources to get you moved in or moved out. She was aware of the challenges we would face in selling our house and discussed them with us at our first meeting. In addition, she helped us work each and every issue to its logical and ethical conclusion. Her advice was invaluable. She even produced a buyer quickly and we sold out home to the first person who walked through. She was the selling agent when we bought this house 23 years ago, has been a neighbor and friend, and sold the very same house quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Pat is more than a realtor, she is a friend. It took us a very long time to find our forever home, and she was patient and helpful through the whole process. From beginning to end, in both buying now and selling our previous home, Pat was there to offer guidance and keep the deals together. She always made herself available for us, whether it was a home tour or just a simple question. Pat is the best of the best and cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough about Pat and her team. We started by short listing her and a couple of others for interview and she impressed us the very first time we met. Her local expertise and strategy on comps, pre-listing etc. were on point. She not only had a good internal team but great partnerships with the handyman, electrician, cleaners, staging company etc. to get us ready for the sale. She also helped us navigate the offer and back & forth during inspections. The most unexpected surprise was her knowledge and connections with the township to get all the permits for sale in order. They made the whole ordeal stress-free for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough for what Pat Lowe, herself, did for me and my family. My parent's are in their late 80's and she guided us every single step of the way through closing. I am located an hour and a half away from the home we had to sell. She helped us with not only the sale, but referrals for everything from engineers, house clean-out specialists, to even a lawn maintenance company to keep the property looking good. I never waited longer than minutes for her to respond to my questions whether it was by phone, text or email. If you need an efficient, honest realtor look no further, ask for Pat Lowe.

ZillowVERIFIED What makes Pat such a great person to work with when selling your home is the heart she puts into every step of the process. I debated selling my home for several years, but Pat knew I was not quite ready. She told me to wait until I was sure and said I would know. She was right! When that time came, Pat did everything she could do to help me make my move.I was at a point I could no longer handle the responsibilities I had and was now eager to sell. I have not looked back as it was the right time! I have had a wonderful summer and have settled into my new living space. I am forever grateful to Pat as I am relaxed and happy with my less stressful lifestyle. I thank her for the personal guidance with making my decision and the professionalism she guided me with every step. Thank you , Pat Lowe !

ZillowVERIFIED I hereby give Pat Lowe my highest recommendation. I am a lawyer and as such I have very high expectations of people who are in a service industry. Pat exceeded my expectations in every facet of this real estate transaction. My home was older, needed repairs, and updates in order to obtain a CO. I had accumulated an enormous amount of "stuff" over the years. I needed to downsize and the sale of my home was necessary in order for me to finally retire from the practice of law and move onto my golden years. I asked Pat for her recommendations for assistance with clean outs, staging my home for broader appeal, moving my antiques, code updates and on and on. Pat had a guy for everything that came up. Pats analysis of the market value of my home was spot on and from the time my home went on the market to closing was less than 3 months. I simply can not imagine anyone who could have done a better job. If you want to sell a property in Wayne you should hire Pat. She knows Wayne and the requirements of the township.

ZillowVERIFIED As a widowed senior, I needed to sell my home in Westwood but lacked the time and money to address the "upgrades" suggested byseveral local realtors. Then my daughter advised that I meet with PAT LOWE, a realtor from Wayne, NJ. Pat won me over with her upbeat and down-to-earth approach to readying my house for sale. In short order, she found the perfect buyer--someone who loved my home and neighborhood, needed a quick turn-a-round and outbid other previous offers. From start to finish, Pat Lowe's guidance and support was spot on, and I highly recommend her Real Estate service.
