ZillowVERIFIED Patricia guided the sale of my apartment during a long renovation. A bid fetched exactly the listed price a month before the renovation was complete. She is patient, calm and really knows the ropes about the apartment complex. The apartment's requirements plus the renovation process and the town's rules had multi-steps and are sometimes arcane. The closing involved 5 lawyers.The sale would not have been possible if not for Patricia's recommendation that the apartment be renovated top to bottom. It was listed 5 weeks prior to this point. The walls were remade from popcorn style to flat style and painted. The kitchen was completely updated with new tiling, cabinets, counter, sink, paints, etc. Only the oven remained. The bathroom was entirely redone. The wall to wall carpet was replaced by hardwood. I often relied on Patricia's taste and ideas on renovation details.Patricia's superb personality made the months long progression pleasant. She is professional and so responsive it almost seemed like we were texting at the same time virtually every time. Of course Patricia is highly recommended and well worth your time. Thanks Patricia.
