There was constant follow up during and after the house was purchased. Working with other loan and title people was the same way as with Pat. After viewing and making offers on some properties, I was successful in buying one in April, 2012, and closing took place in July, 2012 after being delayed by the lender for about two months. Pat Leaders worked closely with me and the lender to coordinate and expedite the process. She is a true professional and really cares about others.

In my case, she actually sped up the closing so that we could close in two weeks.
