Pat is absolutely wonderful. She was able to read me very well, and took me only to homes that would suit me and our family. She is very honest. The house we wanted ended up in a bidding war, and she was very level headed and kept us that way to. She knows the market extremely well, and knew my husband and I really loved the house, but also did not want us to pay too much for it. So we held our ground at a certain price and got the house in the end. :) I felt she really looked out for us, even though she knew we could have lost the house and she would have lost her commission, she made sure we made the smart choice. Buying a house is a huge decision, and I feel so lucky we had Pat by our side.

Working with Pat was an excellent experience. She was very professional and responsive. I called on a Friday about a specific house and she got me in to see the house the next morning. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and walked me and my family through everything. She also had great insight into the Rye market, my specific neighborhood and pricing of my desired house. She was available to speak with me all through the weekend. She was persistent in negotiations with the seller. With her guidance, we were able to sign a contract by Monday morning (three days after seeing it). I highly recommend working with Pat.
