ZillowVERIFIED Having just left an open house hosted by Patricia Gaeta, I am thoroughly disappointed in her customer service. She followed me around the house almost as if she expected my wife and me to steal things. She also hinted that we were unable to afford the home (which is completely untrue), perhaps because we're a young couple. Furthermore, she told me directly that she will be honest about the things in the home, and the home itself, "but because I have to. But ultimately, I only represent the seller and the seller's interests."I am completely turned off by Patricia Gaeta. There is a second home in the area that I was interested but I am skipping it because her name is attached to it. If you don't care about how your agent treats prospective buyers, by all means, use Patricia Gaeta. If you are worried about a good overall experience, look elsewhere.

After visiting the property and determining that it was not a good fit for me, I thought that our interaction was done. However, she took it upon herself to find another potential listing and showed it to me. When the owner rejected my request to make a modification to the lease term, Patricia took it upon herself to revisit with the landlord and was able to convince him to accept my modification, which led to my signing the lease on a very hard to find property.
