ZillowVERIFIED I'm not a fan of realtors in general as I believe incentives are not aligned but Patricia is an amazing exception. She is very knowledgable, knows the area like the back of her hand, sold my house in the first week and then diligently and creatively worked through some issues that came up during the process. She is prompt, responsive and clear in her communication - all absolutely necessary for a good client / agent relationship. My wife and I were able to use texting, email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings to communicate with Patricia with equal success. Secondly, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Numerous times Patricia was able to work through issues and challenges for us - taking the initiative to help us with resolutions and have them resolved quickly.
