ZillowVERIFIED I did a lot of research to find Pat and it paid off, she is an amazing real estate agent. I had a very targeted search. I was only interested in finding a house in one town. Pat did not take me around to a bunch of homes that were out of my budget or outside the area I was looking which I really appreciated as I have a busy career and dont have time to waste. She sends an link that you can click to view pictures and descriptions of possible homes and you can select feedback options to let her know what you like and dont like about each one. I found this very helpful in coordinating which homes to go look at in person. Pat helped me buy my first home and held my hand every step of the way, she was always available and went the extra mile on several occasions when the seller dropped the ball and caused delays. She followed up with the sellers agent to keep things on track.Pat is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and never dismissed any of my concerns. I dont usually write reviews, but being as how I read so many when searching on who to work with I figured it might help someone else in the future. With how emotional the process can be it really does help to have an experienced professional to advise you. Working with Pat was great. She was always quick to respond to our questions and never pushed us to look at houses that were outside of our price range. As the searching process goes a few of the places that we asked to see werent the best fit one we got there to see them. Rather than trying to sell us she was completely honest with us and told us that we could do better. I remember after looking at one place she joked that even if we wanted to she wouldnt let us put in an offer because of price and the condition of the property. The house we purchased is an older home that needs a little TLC and my wife and I were a little conservative with our concessions. She didnt hesitate to let us know that we were leaving money on the table. If your searching for a Realtor I would HIGHLY recommend giving Pat a call.
