Tricia was an awesome realtor. She has great communication skills and takes a personal interest in her clients' wants and needs. She knew the area very well and was able to show us so many houses that fit our needs. It was scary to move from out of state and use a realtor that we didnt know, but Tricia made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend her!

I had the pleasure of working with Tricia to identify the right home for my family. It wasn't easy for us as we were moving to another state. She is so genuine and really took the time to listen and understand all of our needs before sourcing out the right homes for us. We relocated to Florida from another state and the partnership began from the first call, when we were still living in Chicago! She asked so many great questions from day 1 and this simply contributed to such a smooth process. We had a couple of setbacks with selling a home in the state we were moving from, which was necessary to purchase a home in FL, but she stuck by our side for 4 months and kept us motivated. She found us the most perfect home and we are very thankful. She was extremely patient throughout the entire process and made us feel so special as first time home buyers in FL. Don't miss out on an opportunity to work with someone who truly cares about her clients and takes the time to ensure happiness.Thank you for reading this well deserved review about Tricia Aungst, an A+ realtor. All these best,Rocco

What a refreshing change! We have recently moved to Florida and have been looking for a home of our own. We came a cross with several agents but once we met Mrs. Tricia Aungst we never looked any further. She helped us to purchase our new home and we can't be happier. We had a wonderful experience with her, she's very knowledgeable about Florida real estates. She pointed out so many little things to us that most Realtors didn't, like flood zones, HMOs, taxes, values. She's a very genuine person, very likeable and treated us very professionally. Ones she got to know our likes and dislikes in a house she made every effort to list the ones for us that we may like. Constantly communicating with us even helped with the home inspections and closing processes. We strongly recommend her to those who looking for a good, quality Realtor, because she's one of the best we ever came a cross in our experience.A Kind regards; Tibor and Josephine BerencsiE-mail: [email protected]

From the first introduction I had to Tricia, she was kind, caring, had the knowledge to guide me with decisions, answered all questions, answered her phone when ever I had questions. She helped me with the staging of the house made several trips to the house in between showings to be sure everything was in order. She went well over anything I expected when she offered to help me sell furniture I was not going to move.

I have bought and sold several houses over the years and I can honestly say that Tricia Aungst is the most conscientious and helpful agent I have ever met. She went our of her way to accommodate us in every way possible. If I ever had a question or needed some information, I could always count on her quick responses. She was very much on top of everything during the two transactions we did with her. Our goal was to sell our current house and buy a house in a 55 plus community. This was a tricky combination because we didn't want to have to rent somewhere and move all of our belongings twice, She successfully worked this out with the buyer and seller so we were able to close on the same day and move right in. Tricia also was excellent when working with the title companies and constantly checking to make sure the closings would go smoothy. She went way above and beyond what I have ever experienced with an agent. She even went so far and so help my husband find a golf cart because she knew he was looking for one. Also, her patience was beyond belief. She showed us numerous houses in several different communities before we found the perfect one for us. She was also very good at reminding me what had to be done on my part every step of the way. I can not express the gratitude I have to Tricia. After this process, I feel like I had not only found the best agent I could possibly have found, but I also found a wonderful new friend. Kudos to Tricia.

I contacted Tricia to help me find a home in the Trinity/ New Port Richey area. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped me to understand all the ins and outs of home buying. She was able to provide information on financing, insurance and researched each property we looked at with great care... certainly someone I felt confident in and trusted! She also taught me a lot about new construction when we toured some of the new home sales centers in the area. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to... it made my home searching experience very stress free and enjoyable!

We reached out to Tricia to look at some new homes in the Clearwater/ Safety Harbor area. She had planned and scheduled visit with us to go over our needs in a home, we have visited a bunch of homes that fit our profile. She has been extremely professional and patient in this process with us. We have not yet found the perfect home, but we are confident Tricia will find us the home of our dreams. Thank you for all of your hard work so far. Rob Dauberman
