They offer discounts for first responders, as Troy is a First Responder himself. Great people, great experience, if you go anywhere else for a realtor to buy or sell your home, you are selling yourself short. Patrice timed our listing perfectly and we had our first offer within 48 hours, and two more inside 24 hours, we ended up with buyers bidding and sold the house for more than the listing price. They will be our first stop the next time we need a realtor.
