I would recommend Sam Kramer to anyone looking to buy a home. Sam was with us from start to finish and continues to check in to make sure were taken care of even after closing. He was incredibly accommodating when we needed to do virtual tours due to living out of state and did an excellent job helping us set our offer, negotiate, and secure the best deal on our new home. He truly handled all of the heavy lifting for us. When we got sick just days before closing, Sam arranged everything so we didnt have to travel while unwell and could still close on our home. He even sent us soup to help us feel better. His communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal, and its clear he always has his clients best interests at heart. Sam went above and beyond in every way, and I would absolutely work with him again in a heartbeat.

Ashby was great! She made a difficult process easy, and helped through all of the steps and decisions needed to purchase my townhome. The company provided a very helpful list of service providers. I was able to find insurance, movers, and handymen, and all were excellent. I would definitely recommend Path and Post.
