He was right on with his recommendation, and we were very impressed with Christie's work. We were buying a home in Albany, moving in from the Portland metro area. She was very professional, but also very casual and friendly. Because of my work schedule, my wife and I weren't able to look at houses together. Christie was very flexible with us and went out of her way to make things easier. Finally, when there was one final snag with the seller after the inspection, she handled it beautifully and gave us superb guidance. We will definitely call her for our next puchase, and will happily recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I set out to purchase our very first home and chose Team Pendley to represent us, because we had heard such great things about their service from family and friends. We became pregnant during our search, and Pat and Christy worked tirelessly to get us into a home that we could raise our little girl in. We began the process during a tough real estate climate here in Albany. Time was always of the essence because homes would come on the market one day and be under contract the next. Pat and Christy ALWAYS responded quickly to us, and made appointments at the earliest available time to view homes (even on weekends or late evenings!) If Pat was unavailable to show us a home then Christy would and vice versa. Working with a team was hugely beneficial for that reason among others. A huge perk of working with Team Pendley is that they let you use their moving van once you find your perfect house, so getting our belongings from storage into our new home was a breeze! They came to the house and checked on us a day after we signed the papers and explained our home owners insurance to us, made sure everything was as it should be in the house, and left a very sweet note with a gift card to Home Depot to get us started on our "home owning adventure." I always felt like Pat and Christy were looking out for us the way they would a family member or close friend. Team Pendley listened to us and understood what was important to us in a home. If you are looking for a representative to help you buy a home or a sell a home then look no further. Thank you so much Pat and Christy for all you did for us. ZillowVERIFIED One of the great things about working with a team is that if one of them isn't available, another one will be. When we had questions regarding the results of the inspection, they were quick to find out exactly what needed to be done and also gave us ideas before hand that were most likely going to be on the inspection report anyway. Team Pendley/Hall has been great to work with and so easy. We would use the Pendley/Hall team again and will recommend them to friends!
