ReviewI highly recommend Pat Lewis if you are buying or selling a house, we recently did both with him. This is not something most of us do every day so it can be incredibly stressful but Pat walked us through the entire process, he was in constant contact and answered all of our questions, no matter how silly. Pat also handled all the back and forth with the other realtor during the buying/selling process. He would keep us informed of what was going on and talk us through his thought process. I didnt always agree with him but in the end he was right. This saved us a lot of aggravation and a couple of bucks. We relied heavily on Pats experience when placing the bid on our current house and pricing our old house. In both cases that decision worked out well for us, we paid less for the house we bought and got significantly more for the property we sold. In the end, we cant say enough good things about Pat. I dont think we will be in the market for another house any time soon but if we are, we will definitely be hiring Pat again.

Pat always was there to help especially when I lived over 2000 miles away and was selling my brother's house as part of his estate.
