Before listing my house I interviewed realtors. Pat was by far the most prepared. He toured the house first then shared a market analysis supporting his decision on what to list the house for. He was very calming and easy to talk to which was very important to me. This was my first time selling so I was very nervous. He also shared additional collateral on how to get the home ready for sale. During listing through to close he was extremely communicative. Almost always he got back to me within 5 minutes which was amazing! The offer process really exceeded expectations! I ended up getting 7 offers! He built a great spreadsheet and walked me through each offer which really helped me decide on what to accept. Everything went super smooth through to closing as well. Pat was also great coordinating with my lawyer and the buying agent! I could not have had a better experience! Pat is absolutely wonderful!
