She helped us make an offer on a house and when the owner was unwilling to repair basement leaks, Mary helped us back out of the sale even though it cost her a commision. She found us another property in the neighborhood and she helped us make the offer on a better house for the same price that was accepted. Mary is thorough, responsive, and her real estate market knowledge helped us with the whole buying and closing process.
