Pat Barton and his SBH team are outstanding! Pat's personal style is low key but extremely effective. The staging and showing experience was amazing. The still and aerial photography used for marketing our home was well beyond our expectations. Also, due to Pat's long experience in Hampton Roads he was able to recommend contractors to address every staging or Home Inspection requirement during the sale process. The tools that Pat provided to us for our new home search were also very effective and timely. Although it took us awhile to find the right house for us Pat stuck with us and provided all the information we needed to make the right choice. Thank You Pat & the entire SBH Team!
