ZillowVERIFIEDAfter searching for a home for over a year and a half and being thrown in every direction from my previous realtor, my lender suggested I move on to Pasquale. I was told he would get the job done. In less than 2 months I settled on my first home and the process was very smooth. Pasquale is very available and when he was busy he would still return my calls within minutes. During the settlement process I was on a 9-day cruise and I am happy to report we still settled on time! We lost a few homes along the way but that was due to the market being so hot. Even since the process has been over Pasquale has still been available for any questions or concerns I have had.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for a real life nightmare when buying a home, than Pasquale is your guy. He is not a team player, unless it's for the other team. He will throw you under the bus to better his sale. He will do what he has to in order to benefit himself, not his client. His finance guy is horrible. Do not use him. It was a complete and utter nightmare buying our home. When documents were needed we were called numerous times a day, yet we closed on our home just about two months ago and haven't heard from him since. Not even a follow up to see how things are. I am so disappointed in his services. We are not the only people to have problems. Buyer beware.
