Parsa is a proud Austin native and local real estate expert who knows the city inside and out, from established neighborhoods to up and coming communities across every corner of town. Parsa earned his Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas and went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNT Health Science Center. He spent several years working in Austin's healthcare system, helping patients recover from neurological and orthopedic injuries. That experience sharpened his ability to listen carefully, problem solve under pressure, and guide people through complex situations. Today, he brings those same skills into real estate, helping clients navigate negotiations, contracts, and market decisions with confidence.

Having lived in several neighborhoods including Round Rock, East Austin, South Austin, Sunset Valley, Central Austin, and Northwest Hills, Parsa offers a deep understanding of Austin's diverse communities. His firsthand experience allows him to help clients find homes that match not just their budget, but their lifestyle, commute, and long term goals. In his free time, Parsa enjoys playing soccer, running along Town Lake, exploring local coffee shops, cheering on Austin FC, and coaching the UT Men's Club Soccer Team.
