ZillowVERIFIED Parry went the extra mile to find the best house for me. His patience and attention to detail were outstanding and he was in constant contact with me throughout. Parry also has a great knowledge of the different areas around the value and was able to highlight the pros and cons of each.

ZillowVERIFIED Parry did an outstanding job during my seven month ordeal in locating the perfect home for my family. The market was extremely hot during my search and I moved to the SLC area for work without my family, which only added to the difficulty. He was very patient during the process which included multiple offers and a ridiculous number of viewings. He is very knowledgeable in all categories to include homes, schools, restaurants and even musical venues. Parry ALWAYS responds to calls . His timely response was incredibly important due to the fact that homes were selling for more than asking within hours of being listed during the time of my purchase. Even though I was completely ignorant of Utah and the local housing market, he never pressured me into a decision, rather educated me on his successes of the past. We eventually found the perfect home. I sold two homes and purchased one in three different states. Each escrow had its own difficulties (as usual). Parry was there to guide me during the process on all three and when it came time to close on the new house, he took care of all the headaches and made it happen. I'm happy to recommend Parry and will definitely use him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Parry Ward as our realtor. He took the pain and frustration out of buying and selling our home. We had our 1st offer to sell our home after 3 days of being listed on the market. Parry is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and he went above and beyond to assist us. His team at Windermere were excellent to work with as well. This was our best home buying/selling experience. If you need a realtor, we highly recommend Parry Ward.Ancel and Kamisha Davis

ZillowVERIFIED Parry was great to work with. I really appreciated how responsive he was. No matter when we would call, he would either answer or call right back. Parry is very personable and easy to get along with. He took the time to identify our needs and tailored our experience to those needs. I never felt rushed by Parry even though I know he had other clients he was working with. I truly felt like he was an advocate for us and would definitely recommend Parry to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is always scary and there is so many different realtors out there that could make your experience just awful but, with Parry you will never feel worried. If there was only one realtor left in this world I would want it to be Parry. From the start he made my experience of not only selling my house but, also buying my house just so easy and pain free. He will fight tooth and nail on your behalf and is not afraid to speak his mind when he feels someone is trying to screw you over. I could always rely on him with any question I had and not matter the time I could always get a hold of him, he was never out of reach. He helped me sell my house and buy a new one in only two months. To explain everything great about Parry I would have to write a novel. My recommendation is just to at-least sit down and talk with him. I highly recommend him as your realtor and will of course use him in the future when I need one again.

ZillowVERIFIED Parry was great through the whole process. We were first-time home buyers and weren't familiar with the whole process, but Parry was able to help simplify and navigate us through the process. He was straightforward, honest, and professional. When we decided on a house Parry submitted the offer, negotiated better terms, and got the home under contract in a timely fashion. We'd recommend Parry to anyone looking for an agent because he's an experienced professional who knows the market and he's a really nice guy to work with.
