Parker was more than gracious to come out and meet us to give us some pointers, which was incredibly generous. After some thought, and seeing his willingness to help we decided to just use him as our listing agent. Parker was: - Responsive- Priced our home aggressively and appropriately for a quick sale- Would always follow up- Present during our closingOne thing i didn't want to do was micro-manage like i did with our last realtor, and I would fully recommend Parker to anyone not familiar with the home buying/selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Parker was great in helping my wife and I buy our first home. Being new to the process, he was able to explain everything in detail while keeping it simple enough for us to comprehend. His responsiveness was key in our situation. We fell in love with a house that we knew was already under contract. We wanted to see the inside to maybe build the same model. We viewed the home on a Saturday, Parker called the relator he following Monday, found out the contract expired that day, we were able to get an offer in and excepted the day of expiration from the previous contract. Because of his proactive approach we now have a home that is perfect for our starter!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Parker to sell the house we were living in and search for a new house at the same time. He did an amazing job! The house that he listed had several offers and went under contract within five days of being put on the market. We were offered the asking price. He also found several houses for us to look at that matched our criteria. He also made himself available anytime that we wanted to look at houses. We were able to close on the house that Parker sold and the house that he found for us on the same day, so we were able to move straight from one house to the other! Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. McGraw walked me through the process. It was not an easy sale as it was a property in probate. Just a lot of circumstances that I was unaware of but he quickly brought me up to speed and was there for the whole process. Had good answers for all my questions. And with all that he is just a likeable person to be around. Should I need a realtor in the future he is my go to guy.
