Working with Parker to both sell and buy was such a true blessing. He was very responsive and always had (or would find) the answer to our many questions. He had such patience with us as we looked at quite a few homes before finding he right one. He also gave superb recommendations on small updates/changes for the home we needed to sell. His negotiating skills are spot on as well. We would highly recommend Parker!

Parker Broaddus was able to sell my house in record time after it had been on and off the market for 2 years. I had just about given up. His marketing skills are top notch. When I called Parker he came to look and gave us some valuable information specific to who our potential buyer might be and what it was that their age group was looking for. His suggestions on updates were simple and cost effective because one month later we received the first of several offers.

We were extremely with the way Parker handled the sale of our house in Morganton. The listing was very professional and showed the house in its best light. The best indication of how the sale was managed were the number of showings in a very short time and how quickly the house sold. We lived in a neighborhood where houses typically took about a year to sell. Ours sold in a couple of months.

Our experience with Parker could not have been better. Parker was always very responsive to our wants and needs. It did not take him long to really understand what we were looking for. His knowledge of the local market was second to none. It did not take us long to get comfortable with the area and what it had to offer. Parker is simply the best real estate agent we have ever engaged to find a house. As good of an agent as Parker is, hes an even better human. He is genuine, honest and sincere. I could not recommend Parker more highly for your real estate needs.

My husband and I will always be grateful to Parker for helping us to sell our beloved home in Morganton. Not only did Parker help us with the necessary renovations needed to put our property on the market, but he helped guide us through the entire process toward a successful settlement. We couldn't be happier with the process and the result.

Parker Broaddus was an absolute pleasure to work with. As our Realtor, he made us feel at ease the moment we began working with him, and he always made us feel like we were his number one priority. He was honest, quick to respond, communicative, kind, intuitive, and attentive to our needs. His extensive knowledge of the area and market value definitely came in handy as we explored homes that interested us, and his sharp negotiating skills were impressive when we decided to make our offer on our dream home. In our time with him, we quickly learned that he is a respected member of the community. He has excellent rapport with many of the agents we came in contact with, and his "rolodex" of relevant property experts in the industry were very helpful including moving companies, storage companies, contractors, inspectors, repairmen, home security companies, etc. Its easy to say that we were very pleased with his work as our real estate professional. But we are also very honored to, now, consider him our dear friend.

Parker is literally the best. I had wanted to sell my home for $90,000. Parker took one look at it and said, "it's worth at least $130,000." I thought he was crazy, but we got an offer for $130,000 within 24 hours of listing. It took him a month and some change to close the deal on our home. A month and a few days! He was never late on any paperwork and he was prepared for everything. The craziest part was that I wasn't even in the country. I was in China during the entire process! My mom gave Parker the keys and he took care of the rest. The thing that impressed me most was when he asked if I wanted to have the grass cut one last time. (This was after the house had sold.) He suggested it as a courtesy to the family that bought it. I think this sort of attitude and inclination is commendable.

Parker was an amazing realtor to work with! We bought and sold houses with Parker. He was able to negotiate when we bought a home to get the price we needed, and when it came to selling our home, he helped us get top dollar for it. I would recommend Parker for your buying/selling needs. He is knowledgeable and listened to our needs and concerns during the entire process. Thank you Parker!

Parker is honest, thoughtful, knowledgeable and always on the side of the client. He negotiates well and makes sure the important things to the buyer are kept important. We always trusted his opinion and he gave great insight into the property's potential and max value. As someone who often buys and sells property, often fixing them up, Parker has the know-how from every angle to provide expert insight into the world of real estate.

Parker was very helpful in finding us land in which to build our retirement home. We were living in Denver Colorado at the time . To do any kind of Real Estate when not living in the state we felt was going to be extremely difficult if not impossible! But Parker was great in walking us through the process, he helped us in getting a company to perform tests that was needed to confirm that the property was capable to build a home on. He also directed us to other Companies to help with making this process went smooth as possible, which when we closed on the property, went a lot smoother than when we sold our home in Denver, Colorado before moving out to Morganton,North Carolina! Great job Parker Broaddus and Thanks a lot for taking great care of us. Mr. & Mrs. Brophy

It was really a blessing that Parker answered our inquiry about some property we had seen. Although we decided against the house, we decided Parker was the real estate agent for us. With his knowledge of the area and by taking the time to really listen to us, Parker found us the perfect vacation house. Due to circumstances, we were not in the area, so Parker handled all the necessary work to get the closing done, inspections completed, etc so we could move in. We couldn't have done this without him!!! Parker is a real professional, a great listener, who loves his work and is very good at what he does.

My husband and I found Parker when he responded to an inquiry we posted through Zillow regarding a lake property. The response was received the first day we posted the inquiry. I met Parker and decided though that property was not for us, we wanted him to be the agent we worked with in our search for the right lake house. From start to finish he was extremely responsive, highly professional and we felt, went above and beyond the requirements of his "job." As a result, he found us the right property and put us in touch with the primary people we needed to get started to begin the process of designing and building a custom lake home. Not only were we blessed to work with Parker, but the staff in his office that we encountered throughout were just as courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Parker and the team at C. Shane and Cook Associates to anyone wishing to buy or sell in their locale. A true pleasure and one we will certainly remember and always be grateful for.

We first talked to Parker inquiring about a house for sale in feb .2018. We were back and forth on if we were wanting to sale our home and buying another . Parker (was very patient with us )and was kind enough to send us auto notifications in our price range as he received them . He said we would wait to list our house until we found one we wanted, so we wouldnt be in limbo while waiting for God to show us that house aEURoejustaEUR? for us . On May 26,2018 we found that house ! After praying with us and guiding us with such professionalism we Put our offer in , it was accepted! He then listed our house ( drove an hour away in the pouring rain - but thankfully it cleared up enough to get some really good pictures which ,btw he is an excellent photographer and knows how to capture that perfect shot that truly shows the true look of the house but still pulling out areas that makes someone want to call your home their own .after a great listing that went out about 10:30 pm that night we had our first showing the next day ,and then another that evening. Both with excellent reviews. The first folks came back the next day and put their offer in . On our buying end he worked it out with the other agent / owner to let us take early possession and to get all the things fixed that needed to be . On the selling end he was just as passionate as bringing everything together for us . I cant say enough good about Parker. I have recommended him to everyone that I come in contact with that is either selling or buying or like us ,both .we know we have been blessed not only having Parker as a buying/selling agent but also as a Friend !

We met Parker as the agent who sold our house to his client. When it came to finding a new home, we knew who to contact. We had the buyer back out of a contract on our next home and we were desperate. In one afternoon, Parker found us five possible homes. Wechose one that day. The house was a new construction, and in a different county. Parker guided us through the new location and city.He also stayed with us as a contact with the builder and his realtor. Any time we had a question, Parker was right there or quickly found a resource for the answer. Thanks, Parker
