Hands down the best agent in SoCal. Paris was a delight to work with, responsive, knowledgeable and an all around all-star. She is the only agent I can fully trust to give as a reference. Trust me, you cannot go wrong working with Paris.

Paris was such a great selling agent. She was very responsive, communicative, honest & reliable. I would recommend her to family and friends. She was even traveling for her honeymoon during our sale and she was still in communicating and making sure nothing was missed.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paris as first-time homebuyers. From our initial conversation, Paris immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor, patience, and knowledge of the local real estate market. Paris was extremely responsive to our emails and texts (even during off hours). She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house that met all our criteria while staying within our budget. We were extremely impressed by her negotiation skills when she managed to get us an asking price lower than we expected, saving us thousands of dollars. The entire process was stress-free thanks to Paris guidance, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. We highly recommend Paris Davis to all first-time homebuyers.

Paris showed substantial patience and grace with our process. It took us months to find the right home due to moving out of state. She took entire days to do virtual showings that were not always close together. She was so excited for us when we finally closed on one. She truly cares about the people, not just the sale.

Buying a home can be overwhelming, but working with Paris Davis made the entire process feel calm, clear, and - even in the most stressful moments - exciting. From the very first conversation, Paris made us feel seen and heard. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for (and what we werent), and then guided us through every step with a level of professionalism and warmth thats honestly rare. What really stood out was how proactive she was. She anticipated questions before we had them, helped us navigate complicated paperwork with ease, and was always one step ahead, making sure we felt confident in every decision. She fought for us when needed, always kept our best interests at heart, and was an absolute force of calm when things got hectic. Paris isnt just incredibly good at her job: shes the kind of person you want in your corner during a major life decision. We couldnt be more grateful for her support and guidance throughout this journey, and we cant recommend her highly enough.

Paris did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our home. We were moving from a different state and selling multiple properties while moving into this one. She was very informative and helped us pick out a property and work through the closing process seamlessly. She has been available afterwards As an expert on all things local to SoCal. I would recommend her to anybody as one of the best agents Ive ever worked with. Shes incredibly helpful, personable, and professional.

Folks, if youre looking to purchase real estate, call Paris first. I've known over the years that buying real estate can be one of the more stressful moments in life. But working with Paris, from the very first call everything was seamless. This was my first real estate purchase and so having someone seasoned in their craft was very important to me. She was transparent about every step and made the entire experience so pleasant. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. 10/10
