ZillowVERIFIED Paolina was outstanding, I requested a showing for a condo, she scheduled with agreement from the listing agent, within hours the listing agent called and canceled the showing because the owners had accepted an offer. She found another condo, scheduled showing and met me to go through the unit. It had an ideal layout but was missing a dedicated laundry space. The next week another unit in the complex came available, she called and we met to go through the unit. She gave excellent advice on how to negotiate and I was successful at buying the unit.

I appreciate her down to earth approach including what needed done, and more importantly, what didn't need done to prepare the house for entering the market. She even helped find a home for a couple pieces of furniture that needed to be removed from the house. A solid professional in her field, very responsive, and very easy to work with. ZillowVERIFIED Paolina was very responsive from the first time I contacted her. I told her where I was looking for a house, what I wanted to spend, and qualities that I really wanted in my home. In that same conversation, she sent me a list of available houses and made an appointment for the next day to tour two of the homes on the list. While touring those two homes she made sure to answer every question that I could think of. Those homes ended up not being winners so we made a plan to view an additional home the next day. When the next day rolled around, Paolina had actually scheduled me to view theee homes that I had been interested in. We toured all three homes and the first home of that day is the one that I put an offer on. Paolina was very knowledgeable about what I should offer and the whole buying process. She created a contract that same afternoon and the seller accepted that night. She was able to find me my perfect home in less than a week. When we found a home that we were interested in but unfortunately there ended up being another offer and we were out bid. Paolina encouraged us to complete a back-up offer and when the initial offer fell through we were able to purchase the home of choice. Paolina was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. Paolina helped us with purchasing our new home and then she sold our previous home within thirty days. Paolina was on top of the documentation that needed completed and was very intuitive to the contract agreement with regards specific language that was necessary to meet our needs effectively. I would not have known the specifics to each county and what should or shouldnt be put into the language. Paolina always returned our calls in a timely manner and sent us email updates routinely so we always knew what to expect.
