She was so kind to show me prompts around the neighborhood to what approximately the value of my home would be and she also gave me some ideas on what I could potentially remodel as well . I felt very comfortable with her she made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and thats exactly how it went . When trying to sell its very nerve wracking to think about how it will go and very stressful. I contacted her about a property (newly listed!) at night and she called AND e-mailed me right away that she was available to tour in the morning. She wrote a contract that afternoon on a Saturday,a VERY busy day for Realtors, including negotiation that resulted in a ratified contract that eve.
