ZillowVERIFIED I could not have enough good things to say about Pam throughout the entire process. Pam helped me with finding the perfect place as well as leading me towards another one I wouldnt have totally sought out for myself without her guidance. Without her push and guidance, I wouldnt have been in the spot im so happy to be now. I cant believe how well everything went from the beginning to end with her and I would recommend her to anyone very strongly multiple times over. The process went ten times better than I could have ever imagined and it was all because of her! I would give pam an 11/10 if the review system would let me.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam was recommended by two past HOA board members who successfully sold their homes on the same street where I resided. They spoke highly of her competency and professionalism. She gave sound advice. Her sales demeanor balanced the correct amount of enthusiasm and lack of pressure. She was not pushy which I value when I am making a decision of this magnitude. She had a good ability to read prospective buyers and determine a winning approach. She recognized the challenges of preparing a home for sale and was patient and encouraging. My home sold within a month of being listed because she helped me set a fair asking price and negotiated a counter offer that raised the amount to equal the amount I had envisioned.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam has been such a wonderful realtor for us in multiple transactions, most recently I listed my home with her. We moved out of state and hate to leave her behind! She's been so patient, accessible, helpful and knowledgeable. For the second time, I have been so impressed with the quality of the partners she uses (the photographer, the title company, etc.). I trust her 100% and highly, highly recommend her. She's like a family friend now - trusted and so appreciated! 10 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Pam! She's an exceptional real estate agent whose professionalism and extensive knowledge of the market are truly impressive. Her years of experience are evident in every interaction. We've used Pam on three separate occasions now, both buying and selling properties, and honestly, I don't know what we'd do without her. Each transaction was absolutely seamless. Whether you're buying (new construction included) or selling, rest assured that Pam will always have her clients' best interest at heart. What sets Pam apart is her responsiveness, networking expertise, and not to mention her incredible market knowledge, which was particularly valuable during our most recent listing. You can tell she genuinely cares about finding what's best for YOU, not just making a quick sale. For our most recent transaction, we were selling our condo unit. While other units in our community were sitting stagnant on the market, Pam worked her magic with her listing approach and real estate expertise. Our place was listed and closed in a little over 45 days! I would highly recommend Pam for all your real estate needs. She's become our go-to agent and, at this point, she's practically family! She is a true professional who delivers results. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated real estate agent, Pam should be your first call! Trust me, you won't regret it! Thanks Pam, again for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED When deciding on making the move from CO to FL I was at a loss as how to even start. Luckily for me, I found Pam Svec on Zillow!! Pam is a treasure trove of local information and is willing to share it! Pam's help was so valuable and she made the huge move doable for me. Her expertise in SWF is beyond impressive! She knew what I was looking for and immediately started to send me listings. Each listing was geared to my "list" of must haves. Pam always had my best interest and would point out things that weren't up to par. She pointed out that there were FOUR AC units under the master bedroom window, something I wouldn't have caught on my own, and saved me from many sleepless nights. When I decided on a place, Pam made sure that I got the best deal I could get and was a strong advocate for me without being negative to the sellers. It was a win-win for me! I can't recommend Pam enough to newbies that are interested in moving to SWF.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a new construction home in March of 2021. The process took approximately 9 months from start to finish. Pam was there every step of the way. This was extremely important to us since we lived out of state and needed a realtor we could rely on in Florida to deal with the builder. New home construction has a laundry list of things to navigate and you need a realtor you can trust that has your best interest in mind. Pamela Svec is an outstanding realtor and a person who can be trusted and counted on to help you with one of life's biggest purchases. Would recommend to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED we originally started with another realtor and were sorely disappointed. This is an unusual market and if you are buying a property in Florida from out of state it can be very stressful, confusing and overwhelming. They are the emotions we felt with with our original realtor. We were disheartened and and almost gave up on our efforts. We then met Pam and we were reenergized. If we saw a property we were interested she very swiftly visited the property and either zoomed or sent a video depending on our schedules. I'm in my late 50's and my mate is in his late 60's so we are not accustom to buying something as costly as real estate without physically seeing the property but I will tell you Pam made this experience great for us. We would both HIGHLY recommend her and her command of the remote purchase experience!!

ZillowVERIFIED Pam helped us purchase our condo in Fort Myers. She was quick to respond to texts, messages and emails. She treated us with respect as we looked at many condos in the area. When asked, she gave us her honest opinion in a kind manner. Pam was not afraid to negotiate for us with the sellers. She also aided in the long mortgage and title insurance process. She is fantastic! Would use Pam again in a heartbeat. Thank you Pam for all of your hard work in making our Florida dream come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam went way beyond normal to help me before the sale and after. The problems started before closing. My inspector found a damp ceiling, Pam notified the owner and Hoa. She stayed on top of the progress, even checking on the weekend. Made sure everything was being done by the proper contractors. She was able to schedule the closing date I needed

ZillowVERIFIED I want to take the time to write how wonderful Pamela Svec is. She assisted me with purchasing an investment property in Florida. I went over with her, regarding exactly what I was looking for, for this investment property. She sent me listings of the type of houses I wanted to see and was very helpful with giving me information regarding the area as I am a resident of New York State. After my offer was accepted, she assisted me with all the necessary things that I had to complete. She also spoke with the current tenants so that my wife and I were able to visit the tenants after closing. Overall, she was kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends looking to buy property in Florida. --

ZillowVERIFIED Pam is amazing!!! She assisted us in selling our home, and purchasing a new home. We managed to land a simultaneous closing to boot!! She is very knowledgeable in her field, and is very friendly. Her honesty is a wonderfully refreshing also! Often, I hear stories about realtors that are only out for the paycheck. Not Pam! She truly cares about her clients and her reputation as a Realtor. We did get to experience some not so great Realtors during some of our showings, and we knew for sure we were blessed! If you ever need a Realtor, call Pam! She is wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED She went out of her way to go look at homes, because I was out of the state. She always returned my calls immediately, even if late at night. She even had me look outside my area, in a place where I had never been before, and that is where we found the house. She always said, " I work for you, Linda"..I loved that and felt like she would make sure I wasn't taken advantage of. I don't think people realize how important it is to have a good, knowledgeable realtor !

ZillowVERIFIED I found Pam on Zillow and couldnt believe how lucky I was! I had made the decision to purchase a winter escape. I didnt know anyone in the area and had no idea where to start. She was so responsive and organized. I only had to visit twice. She had every appointment lined up with detailed information printed for my review. After one day of looking at communities she had a great understanding of who I was and what I was looking for. She suggested another community that was a perfect fit. She sent me properties within that community that met my criteria and I found my dream home almost immediately. I flew in the second time to find it was everything and more... she took care of every detail and answered all of my questions (there were many) She was accessible and stayed in constant communication... a great agent and now friend. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for a home or condo!

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela is a GEM! We were from the Midwest, had never been to Ft Myers/Cape Coral before arriving to search for a new home. She was such an incredible and valuable source of information, so very patient with us and unbelievably well informed. We started our search in March, and didn't pull the trigger until July, yet she treated us like we were her only customers. To me, that speaks volumes as to her integrity. Pam's market savvy was very impressive, she has a great grip on current and future real estate trends, that was evident before even meeting her in person. She truly helped us get a phenomenal deal. Something I don't do often - I have referred Pam to anyone and everyone that I can. She is well worth it...

ZillowVERIFIED Pam was great! I found her on zillow after researching a bunch of different people. I had a good feeling about her. And I was right! She was such a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a place and I had no idea what I was doing. She was friendly and put me at ease right away. I thought I was going to be a challenge, but she found me a great place very quickly! She used her awesome negotiating skills to get me some new appliances thrown into the deal as well. I knew she was in my corner right away. Pam was always easy to get a hold of, responding to texts and calls right away. She worked behind the scenes with the mortgage company making sure everything was going smoothly. She listened to me vent about the frustration of that process! She was at every meeting and at closing. Not only is she incredibly professional, but she is kind and nice and fun. She has a gift for making people feel comfortable and valued. She even gave me a card after closing, which was incredible sweet. I would recommend Pam to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a GREAT real estate agent, Pamela Svec is the one for you. We can't say enough good things about her. She will make you her number one priority when selling your home. We had an unusual situation selling our house in Cape Coral and Pam did an extraordinary job as our listing agent. Since we live in Indiana and could not be there to handle some things that needed to be done, we could always count on Pam to do what was needed to get our house sold. Whenever there was a "bump in the road" she was right there with a solution and handled all the details. She worked a lot of hours and went "above and beyond" to take care of issues that came up along the way. Pam is a very meticulous and professional agent. We are so appreciative of all the fine work she did for us and would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Thank you so much, Pam!
