ZillowVERIFIEDPamela did an amazing job selling three condos in a difficult market under difficult conditions. We had to coordinate all three sales for a 1031 exchange for the purchase of a single property. This meant we needed a realtor that was tenacious, organized, receptive and willing to work every angle. We got all of that with Pamela. She even assisted us with professionals outside of her market area to help with our new investment. The tax consequences to us could have been catastrophic if we could not put these deals together. I would not consider anyone else for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough good things I can say about Pamela. This was my first experience working with her. However, my partner has worked with her before to both sell and buy other properties. From the start, she was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She never rushed us or made us feel like she was looking for a sale but really allowed us to take our time and had our back every step of the way. Not only did she help us find and purchase our beautiful home for less than asking price, she also recommended mortgage lenders, inspectorsaEUR| anything we needed, and everyone was equally excellent. She is highly organized and kept us on track with all closing requests. Pamela truly cares and I would highly recommend working with her. We will only use Pamela for any future realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela did an amazing job with all aspects of our condo sale. We live out of state so difficult for us to be on site for everything including clearing out and selling existing furniture, lining up electrician and plumber as well as working with the homeowner's association. Her qualifications and dedicated personal attention wildly exceeded our expectations. We have been extremely fortunate to have her represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela did an outstanding job as a realtor helping me purchase my home. She handled everything from the beginning and even after my purchase. She did everything you would expect from a realtor and even more. Even after the purchase, she would call to check up on your purchase and make sure you are paying your taxes on time. She was also very involved in all aspect of the closing and she always gave great advice when you needed it. I would recommend her 200% for anyone looking to buy or sell a home because she will work with you really hard to get you the best deal. Look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Pamela to buy a condo in Tampa, Florida in 2022. We have worked with other realtors in the past to buy 3 houses and sell 2 houses - a total of 5, over a span of 20+ years. By far, Pamela is the best realtor that we have worked with, so far. She is very friendly, very flexible and accommodating, very patient with clients, and is a good negotiator. She is very knowledgeable about the Tampa real estate market, and guided us through the entire process. Since we were remote (not in Tampa), this was a particularly challenging task. But Pamela made it work very smoothly, and to our full satisfaction. In the end, we got a condo that we really liked, at a great price.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela was very knowledgeable of the area that we were looking for in Tampa. She was extremely responsive to our needs with a professional approach. My husband and I greatly appreciated how accommodating Pamela was with us being from out of town. Purchasing a second home is not an easy task when you do not live in the state full time. Pamela was diligent with the condo property management, kept us informed and was very proactive with our requests! We purchased in late April and to this day, she is still responding to us! Pamela is more than a realtor professional-she goes above and beyond like a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough at how wonderful it was working with Pamela! She provided constructive feedback on the improvements I was making on my condominium that I strongly believe led to us receiving multiple offers and and being under contract in only 3 days after listing. Working together to purchase my new home, she made herself available everyday to see different homes and tailored the way we would review homes that made complete sense to me. Even when we missed out on a home we placed an offer on, she was nothing but positive and worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home at an incredible price in the exact neighborhood I wanted to live. She truly went above and beyond and am so grateful I was able to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Pamela Reyes and will always lean on her expertise for any future real estate endeavors. She know the industry inside-and-out and educated me on the process in every aspect, which allowed to make one of the biggest decisions of my life with the highest level of confidence. Pam coached me through the negotiation process, set-up a timeline outlining every step in detail, and mentored me through all the financial particulars to select a property that met my lifestyle needs in a community that made good sense to invest. ZillowVERIFIED Pamela was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we connected over e-mail, she was warm and welcoming and eager to help us find our second home in Tampa. Pamela is incredibly thorough when explaining the approach to looking for condos. As first time "condo" buyers she made sure we understood what an HOA was, how HOA's work, and how we need to make sure to understand the financials of an HOA. Pamela answered every question we had quickly and left no stone unturned. She is very knowledgeable on the different areas in Tampa and was able to advise us on which areas we should look in based on our personal situation. She even took the time to facetime me from properties when I was unable to be at a viewing with my husband. She is hardworking and dedicated to finding the perfect properties for her clients. Once we found a place we intended on making an offer on, she educated us on the process , advised us how to truly make our offer attractive to the sellers, and i believe that without her guidance we would not have been the offer that the sellers chose! Pamela was with us every single step of the way! From the very first viewing to meeting us at the closing. A true professional who wants nothing but the best for her clients. Pamela was such a pleasure to work with and definitely a wonderful human being!

ZillowVERIFIED Being introduced to Pamela for my investment goals was a blessing. She is a master in her field! She covered every aspect needed to fulfill my purchase effortlessly. I am not a risk-taker yet working with Pamela made me feel assured that I can even safely purchase my Condo without even being in Florida to do so! She knows the neighborhoods and is extrememly well-informed and helped me to make the right choice for my specific goal. She did my real estate shopping for me and provided very detailed videos of the properties so that I felt like I was actually there (without having to purchase a plane ticket). She is very reliable and responds to emails and text messages very promptly, day or night...even when she was away on vacation! On top of all of this, she provided me with contact information for Insurance Broker, Inspectors, and anyone else I needed to get me going. I will definitely use her again for future purchases. Pamela Reyes is a Real Estate Queen! In the end, I feel like I just made a new friend! :))

ZillowVERIFIED Pam is the best realtor on the planet. we contacted and spoke to many realtors and she was the only one willing to work with us and spend endless hours finding our home. we had to wait for DPA and many realtors either didnt want to be bothered or wouldnt work with us without our Reservation number. but that wasnt a problem for Pam. she wanted to get to k ow us, our likes and dislikes. she wanted to know our wants and needs like she was going to live there herself. i cant find the words to express what Pam has meant to us in this journey in finding our dream home. she isnt just a realtor, she is a friend. She should get the Realtor Award of the year. and she let my two year old help in her every home search. just phenomenal. PHENOMENAL. if the dictionary needed a picture to put next to the definition of a true realtor just use pams picture.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela has been more than helpful with my first purchase in the state of Florida. ZillowVERIFIED Pam was excellent help in our first home buying experience, She kept the process smooth and simple as we hunted for our first house. What made the process the best was that Pam was extremely knowledgeable on both the area we were looking at and the home buying process for VA loans. I would highly recommend her because of her vast knowledge and experience. Pam was able to get us the exact home we wanted with the added bonus of not having to pay closing costs which was great! She responded quickly which was a great help as my Wife and I were in separate locations during most of the home buying process.
