ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Pamela as both a buyer and seller. She is incredibly professional and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions; ensuring we understood all aspects of the buying/selling process. We were incredibly impressed with her expertise and knowledge of market, can-do attitude, and how quickly she responded and got things scheduled and moving forward for us. No matter the day or time she made herself available to us. We felt taken care of and she had our best interests in mind. She is a very kind, respectful and motivated person. We highly recommend Pamela.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela Ott was absolutely fantastic in helping us acquire our new home. We called her at the last minute when we went to look at listing in Warren VT and she responded by phone in less than an hour. We arranged for her to serve as our buyers agent and she knew how to get absolutely everything done very rapidly: the offer, the mortgage broker, the lawyer, everything. Since we closed on the house she has been very helpful in providing recommendations for local services (painters, vets, handy persons for various kinds of household jobs). She is absolutely superb!!

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela was a consummate professional and very flexible in working with our limited schedule as well. If she didnt have the answer, she got the research done and was back to us with the information quickly. The home buying process can throw curve balls and be quite challenging and Pam never wavered through out the search. Great to work with! Thank you, Pam

ZillowVERIFIED Pam assisted our family with an out of state condo purchase. Being over 2 hours away created some logistical problems which Pam was able to help us overcome numerous times throughout the transaction. Purchasing during the Covid19 pandemic created many unique hurdles of which Pam helped us overcome. She helped us get in touch with all local utilities and services to assist us in setting up our VT getaway! We would not hesitate to recommend and purchase with Pam again!
