Pamela turns out to be an excellent agent and help me tremendously with purchasing the house in PA. She has a lot of knowledge about the local R.E. market and is very quick to find the information needed. She skillfully helped me negotiate the purchase price and help line up all the legal proceedings needed to buy it. Pam was instrumental in helping me identify and purchase residential investment properties in and around the Lehigh Valley. She understood the main factors of the type of property I was looking for (location, condition, amount of work that was likely needed, pricing, flip potential, etc.), and together we focused our search accordingly.
