Pam was instrumental in helping me identify and purchase residential investment properties in and around the Lehigh Valley. She understood the main factors of the type of property I was looking for (location, condition, amount of work that was likely needed, pricing, flip potential, etc.), and together we focused our search accordingly. Once a prospective property was a identified, Pam was very helpful in the negotiations so that the property was acquired in a positive manner.
