Through the years I have bought & sold many houses working with different agents in several different states. Pam is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She diligently put together a plan and insisted on my wife and I becoming part of her team to focus on selling our home quickly. Honestly it was not easy but the instructions and pricing she gave were spot on. We had an open house on Saturday. We received three solid offers all over asking pricing on Sunday and signed a contract on Monday. Funny the placement of a SOLD sign on Tuesday caused quite a stir in the neighborhood. Numerous neighbors stopped by asking how our house sold so quickly. I told them the truth... it was all Pam! Highly recommend this outstanding professional!!!!
