Nevertheless she treated my call with the utmost concern. Answered all my questions, posed her own questions about our relocation time frame, what we were looking for in our new home and immediately began follow up with us. She arranged for us to see numerous houses on very short notice. We were driving in from another part of the state where we had just sold our home and had agreed to a quick closing. She called THREE times, all other communication was text or email. Selling a home is very personal; she was impersonal & unprofessional. She acted like I wasn't worthy of her customer service. She acted like I should take a bad deal just because I'd already moved. Her commission was $9000 so it's not like I was selling a trailer. In twenty years of buying homes, WORST experience.
