This review is overdue but I wanted to make sure I let everyone know how awesome Pam really is. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is honest & ethical & knowledgeable & has incredible communication skills. She is truly salt of the Earth and I would recommend her again and again for anyone in the market to sell or buy. I am so grateful for all that she did for me & my family. Some people are good at their profession & some people are good at it AND love it... and it shows. She is the later. Not only did she help us find a home, she also linked us up with other local professionals to service our pool, mow our lawn & helped us set up utility services in a new town. Her hospitality is unmatched. She's a gem of a person & if you're lucky enough to work with her, she will leave you buzzing with a nostalgic happiness that remembers how there really are good people in the world still.

We had little to no response listing FSBO on Zillow. It also took weeks for the ad to even post. After listing with Pam we had a list of showings right away. Her team walked me through the property and had me add things like different light bulbs that really made a difference. They took great pics and staged the rooms that needed it. She stayed on top of everything. I know they are extremely busy right now but she made us feel like our sale was the top priority. She did a great job!

Pam was very professional she come out in the initial walkthrough gave me suggestions and ideas of what to do and how to prep for the cell it took a little time to sell it but it was because of the market and the pandemic but we managed to do it in a timely manner and only a few dollars under what I really wanted so I would recommend Pam and her whole crew of Realtors over there they're the best and I will never forget them because in my time of need they stepped up and took care of me and help me through the process I want to thank them especially Pam the kindness and understanding you showed me with more and you need it to do this sell the place I promise you if anyone ever ask me you're the person to go to thank you Thomas
