ZillowVERIFIED One day back in 2019, we had a knock on our front door. It turned out to be Pamela Briggs inquiring whether we would be in the market to sell our house. At the time, we were in the initial stages of making a decision of moving back East, but that it was some three years down the road. I let Pam know this, but she seemed interested in keeping in touch nonetheless. She offered her business card, and asked if she could place me on her email list. Something impressed me about this cold call, and Pam in general, so I agreed. I placed her business card in my utility drawer, which it where it stayed for a while. Unbeknownst to my husband and I, circumstances in our lives changed, which sped up our decision to move. I remembered I had Pams card. I made contact with her, and she immediately agreed to come to the house, as we wanted to get her opinion on how our house might come across to potential buyers. Her input was invaluable, even though we were months away from putting our house on the market. Pam kept in touch with us periodically, and her informational emails were very helpful. So, when we were ready, she took us through the process of putting our house on the market. She arranged for a pre-inspection to determine what needed to be changed or fixed, and her insight and expertise was invaluable during the entire time. She explained each step thoroughly, from what needed to be addressed, to the best price to attract buyers, to how showings would work, to analyzing offers, to the whole process of negotiations, and to the final closing. She kept us updated and informed the entire way, and we always felt we were in the most excellent and experienced hands. We cannot thank Pam enough for making this life-changing, somewhat emotional, experience into something that felt smooth and easy. She was forever responsive, even with our most novice of questions.
