My wife and I have worked with Pam two different times over the past four years, and both times we felt like we were her only clients, which is crazy because we also know how busy she is. She has the expertise and the network to make your purchase and/or sale process as painless as possible and when problems do arise, she doesn't stop until it is fixed or you are satisfied. She can be both kind and attentive to your family and tough and demanding to other parties throughout the process. For example, she once convinced a FSBO seller to delay their decision by 24 hours so that we could make offers on two properties two days in a row without missing out on any available opportunity.
