I am a Full Time Realtor and I answer my phone, return emails and texts. Those should very important facts to any buyer or seller. Prior to becoming Realtor 7 years ago, I rehabbed houses in the Cleveland- Akron area. That is extremely important when you are relying on your Realtor to let you know his or her expert opinion on your home. I currently have a CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert), a 2 year member of the Re/Max 100% Club and an Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Sales Club Member. This last designation is awarded to the top 5% of Realtors in the State of Ohio
