ZillowVERIFIED Pam was the absolutely best to work with! She consistently kept us updated on available homes that fit our criteria and helped us find our perfect home! Once we found that perfect home she kept us updated at all times during the home buying process, working late nights and weekends to keep us informed on everything we needed to know. We could not be happier having worked with her. Whether this is your first home or tenth Pam is the realtor you want to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Pam made everything go smoothly. It is my first time selling a home and she helped me out a lot. I wouldve been lost without her. We closed in a timely manner. Contact between her and were very good and if she didnt answer she got back to me in a reasonable time

ZillowVERIFIED I will definitely recommend Pam McGovern to anyone I come across looking for a realtor. She did a great job, knew her stuff, delivered the tough conversation gently but firmly with what I needed to get done in the house to help it sell better, was encouraging, and patient with me as I was looking for just THE right buyer. She went above and beyond by going out and checking on my empty home whenever I was nervous that it wasn't ok with weather or something. She sat at my house for hours waiting for ppl to get there to remove an old refrigerator, since I no longer lived close by and couldn't be there. She checked my propane levels and heat regularly. And she kept me in the loop constantly as things developed with the prospective buyers. I genuinely liked her as a person along with respecting her as a realtor. She gets five stars in my book!! ????????????

ZillowVERIFIED Having Pam as our realtor to help find our new home was one of the best decisions we have made. She was very knowledgeable and her experience really shows. It took my husband and I about a year to find our home and she went above and beyond to assist us during that time until we found our house and to help sell our other house. I highly recommend Pam McGovern to anyone who looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam McGovern is a very sharp woman. On my review it may not show her abilities. She is a person that can figure problems out and return the answer in a reasonable time with a spirit of patience in a time that can be very emotional. Our experience involved her as buyer agent as well as our seller agent which in my opinion requires personal skills and honesty and can be a juggling act. This is not the best situation!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Pam is an excellent agent that I have used and have recommended. I would not hesitate to recommend her again to anyone. She has extensive knowledge of the area and many contacts and resources. Her service is wonderful and she goes above & beyond for her clients. She is thorough about marketing her listings locally as well as maintaining listings on all national websites. She takes beautiful pictures for her online listings and she is very easy to work with. I consider Pam to be one of the best and most reputable agents in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam is not only an agent but she is very involved with the local community. She has extensive knowledge of the area and can help a family find a home where they will be happy. Pam also helped us sell our home and remained pleasant throughout the whole process despite some setbacks. She is up to date (i.e. getting house to look it's best for online viewing) and knowledgeable with the Real Estate process. I would recommend her!

I can not stress enough how much time and effort she puts into her clients. She is very prompt at getting back to you with answers to any questions you may have and she is always available. Personally, I felt like we were her #1 clients at all times. Even months after buying our home we had some questions and she was right there to answer them for us. Great person! Great Agent!
