ZillowVERIFIED Pam is a wonderful realtor! She fulfilled every need we requested and went out of her way to make two families merge together, who might add where 140 miles apart. She is phenomenal. I would recommend her to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were really "just looking" for a summer cottage and had asked Pam to show us a few properties for which she was listed. Since we were driving out-of-state, she took the time to show us 4-5 properties on three different lakes. She was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very effective during negotiations. I couldn't believe she was able to pull this deal because both us (buyer) and seller were out-of-state and felt strongly about the selling price. She really did a great job, so much so, that she even made a local recommendation (at our request) of a contractor to perform some immediate repairs before we use the home. I highly recommend Pam - she really enjoys her work, works very hard, and finds satisfaction with a successful deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Pam as a relator! As a first time home buyer with many questions and inexperience with the process of buying a home, Pam did an amazing job guiding us through the process. Pam was respectful, informative, and very professional. Pam was never pushy, even while answering questions or concerns that we had, but instead very clear and informative, helping us make the best decisions. Pam helped us to find our very first dream home and close on it in about a month! Thank you so much Pam!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very understanding of what i was looking for as for price, size, and location. She didn't try to push the limits as for what i was looking for. I was very picky with buying my first house but she hung in there and kept lining house up after house until finally i found the one i wanted. I couldn't have asked for a more considerate realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Pam was outstanding, not only did she drive us out of town to see houses she was very pleasant to speak to and had alot of knowledge of each home we looked at. I was very impressed with her responsiveness, I would email or text her and she would have an answer for us within a couple of hours. She negotiated well with the seller and helped us find a home inspector, pest inspector and movers. I will certainly recommend Pam to other friends and family if they are interested in moving out of their home or into a new home. Thanks Pam!Steve and Hollie!

ZillowVERIFIED One word: AMAZING! Pam was right there with us through the whole process. She was always looking out for OUR best interest. Her patience with us was incredible through the hundreds (only a slight exaggeration) of homes we toured, and she had an offer on ours withing TWO WEEKS which is unheard of in our area. And it was a very good offer that we negotiated with and sold within a few thousand of our asking price. If you are looking for a realtor, I strongly suggest Pam. There is no better!!
