She not only provided the professionalism one would expect (such as knowledge of the market, proper marketing of our property, and general procedural advice), but she also provided these skills in a manner that reflected a sincere concern for her clients. In our particular case, we had already purchased another home in New Mexico and were living the life of snowbirds. Pam quickly became a voluntary caretaker of our home in Mequon while we were away. She checked it regularly (especially after another realtor had shown the property to a potential buyer) and promptly reported to us. She even shoveled the snow off of the front steps--an action that goes far beyond the job description of a typical realtor. Once the offer was accepted, Pam coordinated all the little details that needed to be done such as arranging for the well and code compliance inspections. Pam handled the real-estate side and Craig did my mortgage. Pam Kuper is one of the nicest and sweetest people Ive ever met, but dont let that fool you when shes negotiating for you shes very tough and does her best to get you everything you ask for. Shes extremely knowledgeable and She really cared about making sure I had all the information on the condo before I purchased it. She doesnt care about the commission or pressuring you into buying a home she just wants to make sure your happy with whatever you choose.Craig Kuper is extremely hard working if he doesnt call, text or email you back within 2 minutes be worried because theres probably something seriously wrong, he makes himself available just about 24/7. Craig got me a 3.75% interest rate on a FHA 30 yr fixed mortgage and I couldnt be happier. The mortgage process these days is brutal, but if it wasnt for him I dont think I would have made it through the process. I travel a ton for work and I had nothing to worry about when ever I left because I knew Pam and Craig had my back and could take care of anything that came up, like dealing with condo developer to replace and pick out new carpet or making sure we got everything on my loan signed off. These two were so fun to work with I actually looked forward to getting emails and meeting with them because it was always a great time. No one but them will ever sell my condo, do my next mortgage, do my refinancing or find my next home. I will continue to keep in touch with both of them even though the process is over because they are all around great people and fun to be with.
