Pam was my realtor when I bought my home 8 years ago and when I was ready to sell my home I knew I wanted her to be my realtor again. She has proven once again to have a wealth of knowledge in buying and selling homes. She took beautiful pictures of my home for the listing and when issues came up during the contract process she had great advice on tackling those challenges to make my sale successful. Many times she went above and beyond her job to watch over my home since I was not living there during the sale process. Without Pam I'm sure my experience would have not been as smooth and as successful with another agent. Pam helped me sell my aunt's house in Hopewell Township. I live over 300 miles away but she handled everything for me so it was not necessary for me to return to Hopewell even for the closing. Pam offered suggestions about preparing the house for market and attended to keeping the heat on and checking for any problems while people viewed the house. Pam Keczmer... what a blessing to have found her. She is knowledgeable, honest, and down-to-Earth. She will go the extra mile to make sure your property is in the best shape in can possibly be in. Pam asks the right questions, imagines herself in your situation, and puts forth the same amount of effort as she would if she were selling HER OWN house. She honestly works too much (I think I got emails from her at 1am-2am?). Take a break sometime, would you? :) See, we moved to a city that is far away from Pittsburgh, and after 18 months of our house being on the market, having to deal with TWO other realtors who let our lawn grow over, let bees make nests, and simply did not help our situation, I was starting to lose hope. But, when Pam stepped in, everything changed. She gave us her honest opinion, we took her advice, we made it all happen, she showed the house regularly, she helped us keep our house in tip-top shape, and literally 4 weeks later, she paired us with a buyer. Pam 1, Other relators 0. Crazy and stressful enough as it is to just sell a house, my sister passed away the day before we sold our house. Needless to say, it could have been really stressful to deal with if we worked with anyone else, but it was painless. We could not be more grateful for her preparation, diligence, and drive to make this all happen so smoothly and without a hitch. Pam is THE real deal. Do it right the first time and hire Pam. You will not be disappointed.

Relocating to Western PA is not easy from 1700 miles away. Pam is amazing in response time and honest assessment of what we wanted vs what we saw online. Her support and research made buying a house possible. It took us from August 2015 to April 2016 to find the right place, and she hung in there the whole time. She was right on pricing and pointed out potential hidden costs and inconsistencies. Her knowledge of the area really, really helped. Working with Pam was like having a best friend with us on the house hunt. We let her know how important location was for us and she kept us in that area. Being a parent, she completely related to our family. With every viewing, she'd give her opinion of the listing as to how she felt it would be a fit for us. When we called her with our decision, she already had a hunch as to which house we picked. Then came all the paperwork, and she was awesome with that as well. From writing the offer all the way to the closing table, she was on top of everything. Being first-time buyers, there was a lot we didn't know and we could ask her anything. She answered quickly and made it very easy to understand everything. While we do plan to make this our forever home, I would most definitely use Pam again as my agent if the need ever arose.
