However, she was not very organized and gave us miss-information about potential offers and details of the deal. It also seemed that during the negotiation process she tried to convince us why the buyer was justified vs. convincing the buyers agent why we were justified. In the end we did get our asking price, but only after many delays and lots of pushing from us.
