Pam Bardy

My name is Pam and I am the Vice President of Sales/Listing Department as well as a listing specialist on the Ask Cathy Real Estate Team. Our team performs in the top 1% of the Kansas City market as a whole and we helped over 300 families with their goals last year alone. I personally closed over $22.5M in 2021 helping 69 familes. I am most passionate about helping people! I get so much joy from working toward a common goal together and using my understanding of real estate along with my administrative expertise to create a worry-free, memorable experience. In 2017, I was voted Lee's Summit's Best Realtor awarded by Lee's Summit Lifestyle Magazine. I am also the team's Ramsey Trust Provider, in charge of listings. I've been married for 33 years to Tim. We are both from the Detroit area. We have 3 adult children (all graduated from college in Virginia) of whom we are so proud of. We attend a local church and love to host events in our home. A few fun facts about me - I hate to say it, but "business" is my hobby! Singing is a close second! I love making memories with my family whether during the holidays, on vacations, or simply spending time together.
