Paige and her team was instrumental in the purchase of our home in Daphne Alabama. Page with her vast knowledge in the real estate industry went well above in helping us negotiate and submit our offer to the sellers. She also assisted us not only in obtaining the required and necessary documents but also in for filling our requests for additional requirements that we had requested. Paige and her team worked effortlessly. It seemed towards the closing. We are out of town buyers with little knowledge of the Fairhope and Daphne area. After spending a day with Paige we felt comfortable enough to go back home and let her look for a property on our behalf. We never thought we could purchase a home without seeing it first but that is exactly what we did thanks to Paige. She really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and asked great questions. Paige was always patient with us and very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We were impressed by her negotiation skills, especially in a seller's market. We can't say enough about Paige and her team. Paige brought buyers to our FSBO and the process was so, so smooth. She is very knowledgeable of the market and that is so important when it is so competitive. She gave us helpful input on the price we were asking for the house. We used her in the past as buyers and would recommend her on either side! Her assistant, Donna, is also wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop about each step of the process. Paige is also great at treating her customers well for year after their transaction with her.
